Mrs. W.W. Prine
Mrs. George Alice Prine was born near Buffalo, LaRue County, KY, March 15, 1856. She was united in wedlock to Rev. W.W. Prine, in April 1888, Bishop J.C. Granberry performing the ceremony. Three children were born of this union - one girl and two boys.

For some 20 years Sister Prine accompanied her husband in the itinerant ranks. During the latter portion of this ministry she was greatly afflicted in body, but bore her sufferings with patience and Christian resignation. Her faith in her Savior continued strong and bright to the close of this earthly life. On December 8, 1914, she died with a smile upon her lips. Of her it can be truly said, “She was faithful unto death.” To the bereaved husband and children we tender our loving sympathy and pray for them the rich consolations of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
