  1. Phebe Garris, born 1836, Kentucky. There is a Phebe (or Pheba) Reynolds in Saline Co., Illinois, living nextdoor to James and Sarah Garris. Pheba is the wife of Jasper Reynolds, but I've been unable to find a marriage record for this couple.
  2. Clara Garris, born 1838, Kentucky. A Clearence Garris (female) married Thomas Tanner in Saline Co., Illinois, 10 May 1857, but it is unclear if this is Clara, daughter of James and Sarah or daughter of another Kentucky Garris that came to Saline: there are at least two Garris families that came from Muhlenberg to Saline by 1860.
  3. William Garris, born 1840, Kentucky.
  4. Sikes Garris, born 1843, Kentucky; married Mrs. Sarah Hill, 17 October 1869, Saline Co., Illinois; died by 1900. In the 1880 Saline Co., Illinois Census, Sikes (written as Siaks) is listed as deformed.
  5. Elias Garris, born 1845, Kentucky; married Martha Reynolds, 13 January 1866, Saline Co., Illinois; died about 1880, probably in Saline Co., Illinois.

William Graddy born 1784. William Graddy is a son of Frederick Graddy, a Revolutionary War soldier born in Duplin Co., North Carolina, & Elizabeth Durham. William Graddy married Elizabeth “Betsey” Sketoe April 8, 1809 in Muhlenburg Co., Kentucky, daughter of William Sketoe & Jane Odom, who migrated from Edgecomb Co., North Carolina.

Obediah Gregory, born 1795 Virginia; died 1867 Muhlenburg; married Lucrecy (NOT Lucrecy Spain). They migrated to Muhlenberg by the late 1850s. Lucrecy died September 29, 1867, and they are buried together in Old Bethel Church Cemetery, Muhlenberg.
