The affiant Arizona Barger states that she is a citizen and resident of Muhlenberg County, KY, and more than 21 years of age and that she is an heir at law of Amelia Scott, who died intestate, on or about 27 April 1944, a resident of Muhlenberg County, KY, and that at the time of the death of said Amelia Scott she was married, and left surviving her husband, Alex Scott, who died intestate April 2, 1948, and the following persons as her only heirs at law having an estate of inheritance in her land, to-wit:

The affiant, Arizona Barger (née Scott), age 38 years, address RFD 1, Greenville, KY; relationship, daughter, interest inherited, 1/12.

Affiant states that the above named 12 children of Amelia Scott, deceased, are the only persons whomsoever that inherited any interest whatsoever in the estate of said decedent, and the foregoing statements are true as she verily believes.
