Whereas, Mrs. Sallie McCoy has been appointed by the County Court of
Muhlenberg County, and qualified as guardian to Annie Francis McCoy and Martha Nell McCoy infants under 14 years of age:
Now, we Mrs. Sallie McCoy as principal, and Morehead Shaver and Henry Fentress sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), that the said Mrs. Sallie McCoy will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minors in all respects as required by law.

The affiant, Henry Fentress having first been duly sworn deposes and states that he is a resident of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky and is the owner of a lot of land located in Central City, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky which is reasonably worth not less than ($2000.00) and would produce same at a voluntary sale thereof.
The affiant states that he has property in this State subject to execution of and above all exemptions allowed by law and encumbrances thereon to the value of not less than ($1000.00). He states that he makes this affidavit for the purpose of being accepted as surety on the bond of Mrs. Sallie McCoy as Guardian for Annie Francis McCoy and Martha Nell McCoy.
