Will of Elizabeth J. Myers, asks that her just debts be paid.

Asks that her son, Bernard G. Myers, pay to her son David H. Myers, $5.00, and to son Phillip E. Myers, $10.00, and to daughter Mattie Heck, $10.00, this money being due her on a note now held against Bernard. Then son Bernard G. Myers to have the balance due on the note.

To daughter Mary Madora McGee, during her natural life, a certain house and lot in Beaver Dam, being part of a lot of land deeded to testatrix by C.M. Taylor and wife. After death of daughter, the house and lot to be equally divided among the other heirs. Also to daughter Mary Madora McGee, in her own right and for her own benefit, a certain house and lot in Rockport, Ohio County, KY, being the same deeded to testatrix by Solomon Decker and known as lot No. 19, and all the household and kitchen furniture, because she has taken care of testatrix in sickness and old age, and the money with which the property was bought was allowed by the Courts for her own and said daughter's maintenance.

Appoints said daughter Mary as executrix, to serve without bond, February 17, 1896. P.T. Hines and L. Reid, witnesses. Probated July Court 1896.

Note: Elizabeth Jane Willis married James G. Myers on February 27, 1851 in Muhlenberg. In 1880 she is divorced and living in Greenville, Muhlenberg County. Before writing this will, Elizabeth moved to Ohio County to live with her daughter Mary Madora McGee.
