This my last will and testament made and entered into this the 16th day of July 1859.
1st I desire that my wife Rebecca Mitchel be supported her lifetime but nothing to sell or give away.
2nd I desire to give my son Calvin P. Mitchel all that I have paid for him and Charley and Twenty Five Dollars to my [or his?] Daughter Mary Rebeca that is in Tennessee.
3d That Elias Daughter[?] have Twenty five Dollars.
4th I want William Buchanan to hold the place he now lives on provided he will pay One Hundred Dollars.
5th I want all my just debts paid.
6th Americus, Missouri, Louisanna and M.A. Mitchel and Benjamin Kimbel to the rest of my estate to be equally divided between them.
7th J. Rigg[??] is an old note in Tennessee they say against me that I have paid off July Twenty six or seven years ago.
I appoint John D. Stewart my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other former wills or testaments heretofore made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my [seal] this 16th day of July 1859.
