I, I.F. Fentress, of Central City, Kentucky do make this my last will and testament in the manner following, revoking all wills heretofore made by me.

1st - I will that all my just debts and burial expenses be paid; and that Allie Shaver, Blanche Bennett, Sallie McCoy living in Central City, Kentucky and Junius Fentress, living in or near Kirkmansville, Kentucky, and my daughter Flora now living in Indianapolis, Indiana, each of them be paid One Dollar ($1.00).

2nd - I will that my wife Cellia Fentress shall have all the household and kitchen furniture, and her dower rights under the law in all property of which I may be possessed.

3rd - It is my will that the remainder of my property shall be divided equally between Henry L. Fentress, Delia May Stearsman, living in or near Central City, Kentucky, and James Finley Fentress now living in Indianapolis, Indiana.

4th - I will that my son the said Henry L. Fentress shall cooperate with my widow in carrying out the provisions of this will, an so I name him as Executor and her as Executrix.

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed and sealed, this instrument and published and declared the same as my last will, at Central City, Kentucky this 8 day of February 1932.

At Central City, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky this 8th day of February 1932, the above named I.F. Fentress signed this instrument, in our presence and published and declared the same as and for his last will; and we, in his presence, and at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
