This my last will and testament being of good health and mind. First, I do bequeath and will to my beloved wife, Serrenia D. Dwyer all of my personal and real estate during her life or widowhood; when she marries or dies then it is to be equally divided among my children. This 13th day of Sept 1859. Witness my hand and seal.

The foregoing last will and testament of W.S. Dwyer, deceased, was produced in open Court and the subscribing witnesses being dead, the hand writing of said decedent's name was proven to be his by the oaths of Lewis Dwyer, James Smith and John Casebier, and also the hand writing of the two subscribing witnesses to the will was proven to be their hand writing by the oaths of W.T. Bell and James Smith. Whereupon the same was adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said W.S. Dwyer and ordered to be recorded, which is now done accordingly.
